Every fee is shown before you agree. For our consulting and concierge services we take no money from any dealer, lender or product provider, so our fee is the only compensation we receive. Fleet is a separate service, and any dealer compensation there is disclosed in writing first.
We are an independent consultant, not a dealer, lender, insurer or law firm. No refund, price or saving is guaranteed.
25% of the refund we recover for you, and only when the refund is paid to you (for example by check). If the refund goes to your lender or pays down your loan, you owe us nothing for it and we give you written instructions to follow up yourself. We never charge before a refund reaches you, and we invoice at least 7 business days after you receive it.
We negotiate the terms of your purchase contract with the dealer for you, remotely: price, trade-in value, incentives and the other terms of the purchase agreement.
We sit in remotely while you are in the dealership finance office, negotiate and audit add-on product prices and finance rates, and help you decide what to accept.
We identify vehicles that fit you, negotiate the full terms, review rebates, incentives and the best way to purchase, and evaluate your trade. All you do is review and sign the contracts and paperwork yourself, directly with the licensed dealer.
Flat fees ($399 and $1,000) are due when we confirm your engagement and before work begins, and are not refundable once work has started. If we cannot perform the service, we refund it.
